A HOSTEL CONFERENCE
DISCOVER. ADVANCE. BENEFIT.
HostelSkills Conference events offer unique and carefully crafted opportunities to learn all the specifics necessary to take your hostel business to the next level. Our team and experts in the hostel field are there to get all of you, hostel industry professionals, to find the right answers to the questions what works and what doesn’t, the best practices on increasing efficiency, services to help your business grow, methods to organize time and employees and much more – all aimed at boosting your productivity and profits.
A meeting point for hostellers and experts and a place to share experience, hear about best practices and see how to improve your hostel business.
HostelSkills events are organized in well known European destinations, as well as in up and coming cities and regions we think are worth exploring. Our local partners always do their best to show you the true flair of their cities and introduce you to amazing views, flavors, and atmosphere.
An ideal networking opportunity and a place to meet hostel industry experts and fellow hostellers from around the globe.
Our local partner hostels are always looking forward to welcoming HostelSkills attendees. We give our best to accommodate our participants in excellent locations with friendly staff well versed in showing you the best their city has to offer.
“I found HostelSkills really useful, mostly because of the networking. You meet lots of people and get to refresh your motivation for when you come back to your hostel – you push harder to do better.”
Vineta Pogule, Doma Hostel, Riga, Latvia
“The event was very useful; we covered a lot of topics. When you’re in something, especially opening a new hostel, you’re focused on your own things, so it’s refreshing to come to a conference that opens you to other things that are happening.”
Emma Dalby, Abraham Hostel, Tel Aviv, Israel
“It was a success, definitely! There’s networking, meeting other people and hearing their stories and ideas, cooperation and collaboration between us all.”
Christopher Davidson, Haggis Hostel, Edinburgh, UK
All payments are processed via PayPal and Bank Transfer. Payments can be made by all debit or credit cards accepted by PayPal in your country. For the bank transfer, contact us and we will send you invoice and payment instruction.

When the conference date is announced, we recommend coming a day before the event so you can get to know all other participants over the welcome drinks normally organized the night before the event. HostelSkills are always scheduled for Thursday and Friday, so you have the chance to take the weekend off, and enjoy our host destination.
