All payments are processed via PayPal and Bank Transfer. Payments can be made by all debit or credit cards accepted by PayPal in your country. For the bank transfer, contact us and we will send you invoice and payment instruction.
All tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by us, in which case you will receive a full refund.
When the conference date is announced, we recommend coming a day before the event so you can get to know all other participants over the welcome drinks normally organized the night before the event. HostelSkills are always scheduled for Thursday and Friday, so you have the chance to take the weekend off, and enjoy our host destination.

We have multiple speakers coming from different parts of the industry, different parts of the market, and different parts of the world, who are passionate about hostel management and want to share their knowledge learned from their personal experiences. Accommodation is not included, although we are partnering with several hostels (Sunflower Hostel, Wombats Hostel, and Amstel Hostel in Berlin) that are offering a discount for the accommodation.
